Every year, Visit Loudoun hosts the Weddings in Loudoun Tour throughout wedding venues in Loudoun County. Each participating wedding venue hosts a variety of vendors, including caterers, florists, musicians, wedding planners and even rental companies to showcase their talent. We were asked to be part of the wedding open house at Shadow Creek and teamed up with an amazing team of vendors to make a beautiful event.
The stunning table scape that we presented were rentals from DC Rental, featuring new gold flatware and their new scalloped china plates. We love the combination of rich purple and gold, especially in this reception space. Centerpiece created by Ricks Flowers.
The menu we created was a mix of fun comfort food and fresh spring station ideas. The Mini Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese Crocks were a huge hit! We featured our new Heirloom Tomato Block Station which included colorful heirloom tomatoes, compressed strawberries, burrata cheese, fresh mint and basil, herbed oils, himalayan salt, bacon salt and cracked black pepper. The finishing touch to our menu was of course wedding cake, including a salted caramel cake and a vanilla with chocolate mousse cake. Thank you Leah Letters for the signage for our menu!
If you haven’t visited Shadow Creek yet, we suggest you visit soon- it is one of the most beautiful wedding venues in Virginia! Enjoy the stunning photos below by Hay Alexandra Photography.
