Lawrence W. Abrams

President / CEO

Larry Abrams is recognized as a visionary in the Washington, DC-area food world. Today both the catering & rental division are housed in a state of the art facility in Fairfax, VA.

Gregg Greenberg

Executive Chef

Leading a staff of 45, Chef Greenberg & his team create bold American cuisine and have catered to notables including then-Senator Barack Obama, Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, Hollywood celebrities George Clooney & Forest Whitaker.

Chef Greenberg is a graduate of Penn State University & the Culinary Institute of America. He has worked under acclaimed chefs including Wolfgang Puck & at four-star restaurants including the Grand Bay Hotel in Miami. He joined RSVP Catering in 1993.

Humberto Sotomayor

Director of Events

Humberto Sotomayor oversees all aspects of staffing to ensure that every event meets our service expectations. Joining RSVP Catering in 2003, he has directed an array of events ranging from a wedding for 100, a gala for 500, an inauguration party for 2000 or a major sporting event for 5000.

 

Paul Watts

Director of Operations

Paul Watts joined the RSVP Catering staff in 1997 and oversees all food and beverage operations from the Fairfax facility. Learning his skills on the job during 20 years of military service, Paul was responsible for entertaining generals, chiefs of staff, special military & civilian guests and congressional delegations, among others.
