Warm up the holidays with this classic Eggnog recipe.

Serves 6
{ Ingredients }
4 Cups Milk
1 1/3 Cups Sugar
12 Large Egg Yolks
1/2 Cup Bourbon
1 Cup Chilled Heavy Cream
Grated Nutmeg – Garnish
Directions
In medium saucepan, whisk milk & sugar over medium heat until sugar is dissolved, 1 to 2 minutes. In a large bowl, whisk egg yolks. Whisking constantly, pour hot mixture into yolks in a slow & steady stream.Return mixture to pan; cook over medium-low heat, stirring often, until thick enough to coat back of spoon, 20 to 25 minutes; do not let simmer. Quickly strain into a bowl. Stir in bourbon, if desired & cream. Cool completely; cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate until chilled. Garnish with nutmeg, if desired.

A cocktail that both looks and tastes good. We especially love that you can refrigerate it for 2 months so make a big batch now and store for later!

Serves 3
{ Ingredients }
1 Cup Fresh Cranberries
1/4 Cup Sugar
3 Tablespoons Water
1 (750-milliliter) Bottle Moonshine
2 (2- x 1-inch) Orange Rind Strips – Garnish
Directions
Cook cranberries, sugar & water in a saucepan over medium heat 5 minutes or until sugar dissolves, liquid begins to turn a light pink color & cranberries just begin to pop. Let cool slightly (about 10 minutes). Pour mixture into a large glass jar; stir in moonshine & orange rind strips. Let stand at room temperature 3 days. Pour through a fine-wire mesh strainer into a bowl; discard solids. Return moonshine mixture to jar. Store in refrigerator up to 2 months.

Spice up your fall with this tasty mulled cider.

Serves 2
~ Ingredients ~
2 Cups Apple Cider
1 Cinnamon Stick
2 Tablespoons H
1 Tablespoon Green Pepper Sauce
1/4 Cup Rum
Apple Slices - Garnish
~ Directions ~
In 1-quart saucepan over high heat, heat apple cider, cinnamon stick, honey & Tabasco green sauce to boiling. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat; add rum.Pour into glasses. Serve warm; garnish with apple slices.

Summer is winding down & fall is quickly approaching, so combine the best of both seasons with this delicious cocktail!

Serves 1
~ Ingredients ~
1/2 Peach, Cut into thick slices
3 or 4 fresh mint leaves
1 lemon wedge
1 ounce water
1/2 ounce simple syrup
2 ounces whiskey (Degroff suggests Canadian whiskey, but bourbon also works well)
1 sprig mint
1 thin peach slice for garnish
~ Directions ~
Muddle all ingredients except whiskey in a cocktail shaker. Add ice & whiskey. Shake & strain into an ice-filled old fashioned glass & garnish with a peach slice & a sprig of mint.

Hands down Sangria is a RSVP office favorite & this refereshing recipe won us all over!

Serves 4
~ Ingredients ~
8 Large Mint Leaves
1 (750-milliter) Bottle Cava Sparkling wine, Chilled
3/4 Cup White Grape Juice, Chilled
1/2 Cup Sliced Fresh Strawberries
1/4 Cup Orange Liqueur
Fresh Sugar Cane Sticks – Garnish
~ Directions ~
Press mint leaves against sides of a large pitcher with back of a wooden spoon to release flavors. Stir in sparkling wine, white grape juice, strawberries & Orange Liqueur. Serve immediately over ice. Garnish, if desired.

Cool off with this yummy { & heathly! } punch!

Serves 4
~ Ingredients ~
3 Cups Seeded Watermelon, Cut Into 1 1/2 – Inch Pieces
1 1/2 Cups White Vermouth
1 1/2 Tablespoons Superfine Sugar
3 Cups Crushed Ice
Edible Pansies – Garnish
~ Directions ~
Place watermelon, vermouth & sugar in a blender; process until watermelon has been liquefied, about 10 seconds. Add ice; process 3 seconds more. Garnish with pansies & serve in chilled glasses.

~ Ingredients ~
2 Cups Mint Lemon Syrup
2 Cups Cold Water
1/2 Cup Citrus Flavored Vodka
2 Cups Ice Cubes
1 1/4 Cups Fresh Lemon Juice
~ Directions ~
Stir together all ingredients in a large pitcher, then pour into glasses half-filled with ice.

We couldnt think of a better way to welcome May { & honor Cinco De Mayo! } than by sharing with you this amazing Margarita Recipe!

~ Ingredients ~
2 oz Silver Tequila
1 oz Premium Cointreau
1/2 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
Coarse Kosher Salt
Lime Wedge
~ Directions ~
Place a thin layer of salt onto a small plate. Rub the rim of a cocktail glass with lime juice. Holding the stem of the glass, rotate the rim in salt. Its best if the salt is only on the outside of the glass. Fill a cocktail shaker half full with ice. Place all ingredients in a shaker. Shake well. Strain into the glass, garnish with lime wedges if you like & serve.

What better way to celebrate the first offical month of Spring than with blushing Mimosas?!

~ Ingredients ~
2 Cups Orange Juice (not from concentrate)
1 Cup Pineapple Juice, Chilled
2 Tablespoons Grenadine
1 (750-milliliter) Bottle Champagne or Sparkling Wine, Chilled
~ Directions ~
Stir together orange juice, pineapple juice & grenadine. Pour equal parts orange juice mixture & Champagne into Champagne flutes.

With St. Patricks Day around the corner we are thinking all things Irish…incuding this delicious Irish Coffee!

{ Ingredients }
1 Cup Freshly Brewed Hot Coffee
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 Shot Irish Whiskey
Heavy Cream – Slightly Whipped
Directions
Fill mug with hot water to preheat it, then empty. Pour piping hot coffee into warmed glass until it is about 3/4 full. Add the brown sugar & stir until completely dissolved. Blend in Irish Whiskey. Top with a collar of the whipped heavy cream by pouring gently over back of spoon. Serve hot.

Pretty little Hearts from Woman’s Day!
How delishious does this Martha Stewart Raspberry Chocolate Kiss Martini look?!
Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Mint Infused Simple Syrup + a pinch more for the rim
3 Chocolate Chip Cookies finely Crushed
10 Raspberries
1/4 Cup Vodka
2 Tablespoons of Cranberry Juice
Ice Cubes
Directions:
Fill a shallow dish with enough simple syrup to just cover the bottom. Place crushed cookies into another shallow dish. Invert a martini glass into simple syrup and then immediately into crushed cookies to coat the rim of the glass.
Place raspberries in a cocktail shaker; crush with a muddler. Add simple syrup and muddle again. Add vodka and cranberry juice; fill shaker with ice. Shake well until chilled. Strain into prepared martini glass. Enjoy!
