Corporate Holiday Parties

Tis the season! Call us for an event quote and ask about RSVP Catering’s new Holiday Menu that’s perfect for any celebration.

RSVP Catering serves the entire Washington Metropolitan area. Please ask your account executive about delivery an pickup costs to your location. Set up is also available for an additional charge.

Please allow 48 hours notice when placing an order. We will accommodate last minute orders whenever possible. 

DELIVERY

Allow a 30 minute delivery window, from 15 minutes before to 15 minutes after your scheduled delivery time.

*Please allow at least 30 minutes for food to heat in the chafing dish.

MINIMUMS

  • The minimum guest count for each item order is 10.
  • The minimum food and beverage order for delivery is $200.00. 
EQUIPMENT

Hot items require chafing dishes. We offer disposable and silver chafing dishes at an additional charge.

Please allow at least 30 minutes for food to heat in the chafing dish prior to serving.

SERVICE STAFF

Our professional waiters are available at a four hour minimum for an additional charge. Please ask your account executives for a cost estimate for service staff at your upcoming event.

Cancellations must be made within 48 hours in advance on non-service staff drop-off orders. It must be later than 9:00 AM on the business day prior to your event. All orders cancelled after that time will be charged in full to the client.
PAYMENT

RSVP Catering accepts major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express as well as checks with proper identification. Corporate accounts may be obtained, on approval by completing a credit application.

All accounts are billed net 10. Interest will be charged on all invoices outstanding beyond 30 days.

TAXES

Local and state taxes will be added to all orders. 

As a full service caterer, we are pleased to work with you on customizing menus to meet your needs. Our culinary team is able to accommodate a wide variety of dietary needs including gluten-free, vegetarian and allergies. Please feel free to inquire about additional items that do not appear on the menus above.
RSVP Catering is ready to assist you in creating your event, from customizing menus to coordinating service staff, linens, equipment and decor. Please ask your account executive about our unique, customizable options for your upcoming event.
Please provide your Account Executive with a completed copy of our Credit Application to create a Corporate Account with us. Once approved, Corporate Accounts are billed Net 10.

For Corporate Clients approved for credit, a 50% deposit shall be required for all Corporate Events with an estimated cost exceeding $5,000.00. Clients may elect to be invoiced for the remaining balance. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
